this one sucks given the RB room. he also was a threat in the passing game under the right OC. the fumbles were an issue but i also think he was misused.

You have to play at an exceptionally high level if you have a fumbling problem. Rooster did not come close.

Not really surprising - probably would have been 4th best RB on the roster in the spring and carries would have greatly diminished.

accordign to the camp reports, he was one of the top 2 backs.

Best of Luck. Outside of GT last year and 2 long pass plays I never saw the hype. Maybe both OC's dropped the ball.

But I think he is just suited for a smaller school. Another guy I am sure we can circle back on in 2 years and one side will be able to say I told you so.

He looked good in Lashlee’s offense as a receiving back and he flashed next to Brown at QB, but I don’t judge his decision to leave and hope he finds success at his next stop.

Agreed. He seemed to fight and work his way out of the doghouse and into Mario's good graces. By the end of the season he was praising Knighton's work ethic and mental toughness.

they didnt watch the unc game last year either. hes not a every down back. hes a weapon and one of the few explosive players we have on the roster. when in the right role, he can be extremely effective.
