I don't know why this would be so egregious. It worked for Oregon with Lanning and Ohio State with Day and Texas Tech with McGuire. If the guy can coach (and I think Schumann can), there is no reason to wait for a bunch of experienced coaches to say no.They aren’t hiring a first time HC lol. If they continue to strike out then they probably just roll with Poggi for a year and try again next cycle.
80%How sure are you OP?

60/70% of decision makers want Schumann, the other 30/40% want to play it safe and pick poggiWait, so is it Schumann or Poggi?

i don't think we're type of outfit anymore ... we've done a great job of retaining guys we wantSounds good to me, just keep UGA away from Heatherman or any of our defensive coaches. If they take Brohm away from being around to give us **** every couple years, even better.

supposedly he is very picky. Won't move his family just anywhere. HE's been in the mix beforeFor Michigan I like it. Dan Lanning worked out great for Oregon.
I don’t know why Schumann hasn’t been offered a P5 job yet other than ADs being dumb.
