He's probably referring to recruiting wise .

McIntosh was not highly rated. And was a SDE
Willis was a transfer
Norton was originally an offensive guard
Jenkins was ranked 3* 62nd best dt in the nation

Richt will turn it around and Kool can develop the guys we have no question. But outside of moten our dt depth is a bunch of mid tier guys, no upper echelon dominating guys like we need

No bags involved. His brother is in the nfl. (Bennie Logan, played for LSU) Believe there is two people involved in his ear.


Whoever is truly advising this kid, really needs to evaluate the situation. LSU will be bringing in 3 more DTs (5/4*s) along with him this year as well as another 5 star DT next class and that's not including what LSU already has.

I always hate bringing up bag men when we lose out on kids but LSU this year is off the charts. Les has nothing to lose. He has to win big to keep the gig. He has put word out to open the check book.
 
I want to believe it's not a Miami problem. It's why I said in another thread that ONE DT would be massive. This ship isn't getting turned around in a month. Buckle down and hope the class just holds firm.

Very true. Orgeron is an animal and might be the best recruiter in the game. They probably laid down the law to Logan "you visit Miami you better be sure you want to go there because we're moving on if you visit".

Sad thing is LSU hasn't won **** in several years and is on the verge of getting its HC fired. But they're still playing the recruiting game at a much higher level than we are.

Nothing wrong with getting lower-tier recruits if you can develop them; it would just be nice if we could get one or two 5* every cycle. Hopefully when kids start seeing what Kool does with our DL they will want to hop on board.

To MIAMI? These SEC bagmen pay kids to not tske visits so wouldn't surprise me.

Here's 10 grand to not even visit.

It's so obvious seriously why wouldn't a kid tske a free visit?

If I had a free trip to MIAMI the only way I wouldn't tske it is if you paid me not to.

I'd almost guarantee $ is involved, maybe not directly to Logan, but whoever is "advising" him is more than likely getting paid

Kul has one of his guys, Martin, visiting soon. Him and possibly Watts I can see happening and I would be ok with that.

Those other guys are a pipe dream imo.
