Very true. Orgeron is an animal and might be the best recruiter in the game. They probably laid down the law to Logan "you visit Miami you better be sure you want to go there because we're moving on if you visit".

Sad thing is LSU hasn't won **** in several years and is on the verge of getting its HC fired. But they're still playing the recruiting game at a much higher level than we are.

They're gonna get Lawrence, Alexanxer, Christmas and Logan. Jeez. 4 4 star kids at the same position. Props to them.
 
It's interesting how the impending dismissal of a coach only hurts us, and Miles was all but fired (and still could be), but no harm to recruiting. Yhis just goes to show exactly how much Gorlden was hated.

I understand the denial game. It softens the harshness of reality when you stand on a soapbox and yell "everything's great! Stop overreacting! We can't judge anything till next year!". We've been down this road too many times and I'm too work-hardened for me to buy in though. Show me. Quit trying to explain everything away.

Miami might have reached the point of irrelevance from so many years straight of being garbage that the only way to re-establish our program is through on field results. The kids we're recruiting have never watched a good Miami football team in their lives.

This is why it's imperative for Richt to get out there and have a great first year on the field. Need to win the Coastal and at least 10 games to show recruits that this is an awakening giant. It's been asleep longer than Gus Felder. The only way back on a national level is by winning games and becoming relevant. You can only build so much excitement with 13 years of talk.

This. Richt needs to win and win big if we want to recruit on these other big time programs level. We got the coach with a solid reputation, we got the investment in football that we wanted. Only thing remaining is winning. Gotta win and win big next year (10 wins and coastal) otherwise we aren't going anywhere as a program

5 4/5 star prospects at the dt position alone and could add more Smfh. Lsu recruiting is RIDICULOUS.

More like the coaching sucks, les had landry and beckham on the same team with a ton of first rounders on defense and won nothing, les sucks

Because most waited to see who would be the head coach before making any decisions. Once these kids at LSU are signed, they're stuck with whomever is the next HC.

Logan aint going to be that one. He is way to deep into that chick to leave the boot. Been saying it since the beginning... 18 YOs that post that much shiat on twitter about being in love with their girl are more whipped than they will be any other time in their lives. Kids are social media smart if he was playing, that twitter BS would shut the door on any strange.

I wonder if Christmas doesnt jet. Someone is going to. Aint no way all four of those dudes are that bad at math.

They currently have 4 - 4 stars returning. 3 of them are sophomores.

LSU simply doesnt need 4 of them in this class.

I honestly dont see them taking Christmas.

My comment obviously went over your head. When kids sign at Miami during a sinking ship, they are considered "True Canes" with no notion that they was paid. When kids sign at other schools during a sinking ship, the first thought is a bagman.
