Geoff Collins Making Moves in GA Tech

the problem is the incentive to go to a school without cupcake majors. unless they change things to make sports better, georgia tech is a legitimately great stem institution that doesn't leave their athletes a ton of wiggle room.

also hard to get great players to go to a school with a 60-40 male-female ratio at best (it was almost 70-30 in 2017).
And the 30% percent aren’t exactly beauty queens.

Not exactly. That ratio might be true for the CoC and Eng schools, but the B school (where most of the FB gets placed) has a much better ratio. As a matter of fact I think there are more girls than guys now.

I think Gino works for Mario Gabelli which is probably a good gig but Gino involved in anyway with Miami is a huge positive in my eyes.

He said out of his own mouth he wanted to be our ad...**** that job is even easier and just focuses on football.

But if you shack up with one, she will probably be quite successful and you will have to work very little in your life - young bucks need to be thinking about the long-game. Servicing a 6 that funds your golf habit and propensity for European vacations is a much better life than marrying a 9 who you will probably catch chlamydia from because she likes to have her chinga-hole eaten by Dravidian manual laborers in Goa. As Milton Berle (who was hung like a camel and an A-level coksman) once said, never go long with a woman prettier than you, she secretly thinks you are gross and when she is having *** with you she is just imagining you mid-poo.

Nice try. Georgia Tech's best season under Paul Johnson was 2014 when they routed 10-2 Mississippi State in the Orange Bowl. That Mississippi State team was quarterbacked by Dak Prescott and had been unbeaten and ranked #1 deep into the regular season.

Chan Gailey had been gone by 7 years at that point

Ok Skip.

GT had the same overall record a better conference record in 2009 with wins over a ranked UNC, #4 VT, FSU and Clemson. It’s subjective, but his teams with multiple NFL starters were his most dangerous.

He is such a good dude. He would be a great asset. It would be a good gig as well if the coin is right. Most athletic departments are strange places though. Sort of cultish back in my day.

Except Georgia Tech has never been especially good regardless of who the coach was besides 1990 when they miraculously won a natty. (Just so happened to be before FSU joined the ACC and started attracting more football schools to the conference).

They won several NC in the past but I was about to call you out on the 1990 and then I remembered tht Cotton Bowl. We loss two that year so I didn’t pay any attention to the final rankings. So, GT won a NC after we won three and BEFORE either the gator or noles won one between them? That is precious. Oh, sorry I doubted you.

I always pull for GT against UGA, but that school is not going to win another.
