If one of those players were in my family you bet your *** I would. I've met Duke's mom, she didn't raise him to be a liar and he shows that. Instead you choose to stick up for a lying piece of garbage, you are pathetic. At the very least I can voice my opinion because they aren't in my family. I stick up for them because he is a known scumbag and those two kids have been good kids. It's the right thing to do!

To top it off, many of us have gone to UM, or have long standing emotional ties as fans to UM. Therefore we DO have standing in exposing a piece of trash who is intentionally trying to undermine an aspect of the university for his own purposes.

Great post! This guy get's how I feel. You're much better with words than I am. I apologize to the board and DMoney, for getting so angry, sometimes people with no integrity push my buttons. I hope Genron gets fired, That's why I wrote my letter, there is no place for people like him to be around kids. IMO

Slander's two kids, get's fired for shady dealings, that's not enough for some people! Have to thank CD for something though. Went into that gym like I was on a mission, 3 new max's, did very well for an old guy.

It is truly a shame that a young student athletes greatest day would be clouded by anything.

I dont believe this school is actually affiliated with the Marists anymore. It looks like it once was but now just masquerades as a Marist school. If you look at the seal, that is a Marist order seal, but its been modified to the school itself. I also dont see any evidence of any clergy actually on staff at the school, nor any actual affiliation with any religious order. Just a lot of mumbo jumbo about "Christian ethics" and "moral foundations". IMO this looks like one of those classic rinky dink Cuban neighborhood private schools in Miami that used to mostly serve younger kids. At some point they decided to get into the HS business, and that is where that school looks like a joke IMO. Miami has always had Mickey Mouse schools like this, but not as many at the HS level, and certainly none that have ever had the AMAZING athletic success this one has, with all of 120 students in the entire HS.

Attacking the school does nothing to help UM or this site. If you have an issue with one of the employees of the school then email someone about it but there are good kids at that school and they don't deserve to have their academic reputation trashed on the internet by a bunch angry fans who may or may not know what the **** they are talking about. If you have concerns about their education then contact whoever you feel you need to about it but this isn't the place.
