Familiarity and prior success working together. Mario thinks very highly of him. I was just watching Mario’s ESD presser at Oregon right after Arroyo was hired at UNLV.

As well, I think one of the insiders, might have been cribby mentioned a couple months ago that Mario tried building an all star staff and it resulted in zero chemistry in the coaching room. And this year he was going to try to build a more cohesive coaching room going forward.
