Isn’t it funny how this very thread could have told them everything they really wanted to know, if only they weren’t so cot**** arrogant? We have posters here that have predicted everything, from Billy’s, Mertz’s, and Lagway’s demises, to their recruiting efforts and failures, to their W/L record, to how the coaching search would go (and not go). ****, I told y’all at the beginning of the season the very week I thought Billy would get fired, and I was right.

They’ve all got their pitchforks in hands now because they’re so mad that they’ve been lied to, but they should be ashamed at themselves for believing all the lies in the first place. The whole CFB world knew the UF administration was lying because 1) it was obvious and 2) they weren’t even good at lying. It was like a toddler trying to lie to you and all you can do is laugh at how ridiculous it is.

What do they really think is going to happen now? The deal is done. This isn’t going to be a Tennessee-Schiano situation. The UAA and Stricklin aren’t going back and hiring someone else now, and besides, the damage is done and it’s not like they’ll be satisfied with anyone at this point. But it will be interesting to see if donations drop. I expect I’ll be getting a LOT of emails begging for money over the next few months.
