Tears Gator Tears

Best backfield in the nation? Is Steven Harris restarted? We have some pretty bold takes sometimes too, but not this stupid. It’s like the dumb *** FSU fan that posted a video of a walk-on qb in practice from 7-8 years ago. Tried to pass it off as one of their current qb’s and claimed he was going to be a “real one” or something like that.

Floridas basketball team is the luckiest team I’ve ever seen, teams can’t make free throws after the 10 minute mark and they get every roll and call. **** I hate them so much.

Not to mention they have one kid who can ball and everyone else is mid but somehow teams can’t figure out how to stop him.

Yeah but Clayton is really, really good.
And Martin is pretty good too.

Big, strong, with limited accuracy is the traditional Gator qb archetype it seems. Gonna be hilarious to watch them turn on this kid when he eventually disappoints.
It’s incredible, I’ve never seen a more overhyped QB than Lagway. The guy’s stats last year don’t match up anywhere near the hype. You also can’t cover up subpar coaching, which is what Billy ultimately is. Decent chance they come into our game 3-0 with a ton of hype. Great opportunity for us to absolutely crush them again.

Over/under until Gators turn on Lagway? Reality for them is coming. All that $ for a guy whose accuracy is mid at best.

They'll turn on Billy before blaming Lagway. He saved their recruiting class if nothing else. But eventually, yes, he can't possibly fulfill their expectations.

The first potential turning point is against USF. If they underperform there, you'll start hearing the grumbling. If they lose to LSU, they'll probably turn on him. If they come into our game 3-0 with a ton of hype, and we just crush them, that'll be it.

So when they rushed him back into the lineup last year, he was still hurt. Obviously he was able to play, but some of the Gator porsters make the case that his lower body injuries caused him to use his upper body more, thus making his problems worse.

But it's not just "one hit" or "one injury". It's several things that have proven to be a damaging combination.

I just have to laugh at those fools. Imagine Lagway can't play some/all/most of the 2025 season and Slingblade Billy is fired in 2025 because he just haaaaad to put Lagway back on the field in 2024.
Then the recruits they bought at the deadline with Billy’s buyout money bail

If they lose to us & LSU, and he either doesn’t play due to some injury or vagueness, they’ll turn immediately. Think of the majority of that fanbase, they’ll turn on him being an overpaid crybaby. Tim Tebow would never type guys.
