Their LOS is going to be absolute cheeks next year. If our QB situation is at least “solid” in that game we should absolutely blow them out. That’s the main area where I think we have a huge advantage over FSU/Florida these next few years is in the trenches. Sunbelt Billy and Cornrow Mike are totally neglecting their O&D Lines, and it’s going to come back to bite them.

I'm really curious to see how he develops. That area/comp isn't the greatest for FL HS ball and he is just so much bigger and athletic than every OL he played. That won't happen on Saturday's anymore. One to watch for sure.

Absolutely true. I always thought it was tough to be a sportswriter if you didn't get a job in your preferred town following your preferred teams.

One of my best friends from high school (we were on the high school newspaper together) went to The University of Flagship and was finishing undergrad when Spurrier was hired. His first job in college was with The Orlando Sentinel, where he parlayed his connections into the Gator beat. Then he added the Jags when Jax got a franchise. Plus he was covering NASCAR as stock car racing exploded. So he had a GREAT job for a while.

Not everyone is that lucky, though.
