Expecting a bunch of commits after the first round of visits is unrealistic. So that’s not really an issue. The real issue is the apparent inability to move the needle on a bunch of higher rated guys they’re desperate to sign. The fact that they got a bunch of “no comments” when asked about the weekend tells you everything you need to know. A bunch of underwhelmed recruits.

I mean, the last two classes, it seems that the staff felt falsely confident on SO MANY recruits, only to watch them commit elsewhere. But it’s ok, every one of those commits promised the coaching staff that they were committing to them

How can you even sit and talk to a kid's mom in their living room with this video floating about. This should have been career suicide for a college coach.

Two things:

1) You're an obvious douchebag with low moral character to put on such a display in such a public and documentable environment.

2) You are also incredibly stupid given the impact this could have on your career.

I was reading Austin Simmons “athletic background” on 247 and his high school travels seem wild. No wonder the Turds took an early commitment from him.

Seems as a freshmen he transferred from Flanagan to Pahokee for football and was only able to play a few games as FHSAA investigated him. Yet that same year he played Baseball for Miami Doctors Charter. Last year as a sophomore he again played football for Pahokee while playing baseball for True North Classical Academy in Miami. Now for his upcoming junior year he transferred to Moore Haven for football.
