I think Ruiz is a bit much of course but this is where he is 100% correct. Make a company, pay the kids through the company. This arbitrary you show up and donors will pay you is that based on your nameAlso... I am pretty sure that is not allowed?
Sure, but even a layer beyond that. The NIL cannot be affiliated with the school and cannot, technically, have involvement from the school or coaches. So how exactly is the school's athletic association going to contribute to it? If they are going to do that, then the school may as well be handing out the NIL deals directly, which, of course, is not allowed. The fact that the head of their collective thought that was a good idea or plausible is... something. Not to mention the fact that the UAA would have to report that contribution on its 990 that 1) is public record and 2) is not a redacted section (it would be redacted on the collective's 990, if they file that).I think Ruiz is a bit much of course but this is where he is 100% correct. Ruiz is extra af but after that twitter space, the Gators can’t say **** ever again. That was embarrassingly bad.that is infinitely bad for the gators
can't believe rashada thinks he'll see a dime of money from that clown
Take THAT Mark Fletcher!!!
What qualifies a dude to run a collective? Like, could I just set one up as long as I can convince people to give me money? Some of these have to make ADs really nervous.
Just not the players we don't need anyone missing a game due to a Mrs Mullen communicable diseaseDan - I know a place in need of a better offense that DOES leverage NIL that way, you don’t really have to recruit, and your wife can kiss as many dudes as she wants….
Miami been the favorite for Samson the entire recruiting cycle:Here’s the whole thing. It’s the Caw for perspective lolView attachment 221160View attachment 221161View attachment 221162View attachment 221163View attachment 221164View attachment 221165View attachment 221166View attachment 221167
