I never said anything about the University of Miami being for dumb people, so who's being intellectually dishonest? The University of Miami is not a bad university at all, but 99% of your fan base didn't attend it (I'm exaggerating on that percentage to make my point--that means that I don't actually think it's 99%, for most of you who won't know what "exaggerating" means). Five Rangz = Miami fans--fans, not graduates specifically.

Let me ask you about this because UiF and Semenhole fans like to say “majority of their fans didn’t attend the University of Miami.”

Miami is a private university that is very expensive with a student body of around 12k, located in a major city.

Both large, way less expensive public universities are located far, far away.

The mean household income in Miami or really, anywhere in the US, couldn’t afford to attend UM.

It’s such a dumb point to make. You can say that about any private school in a major city. Most people don’t attend Georgetown in DC, but they are fans of the basketball team. Same for UCLA. Same for USC, etc. so many other examples. I know it’s a state rival.

Why is this such a prideful point for you gaytuh?

I get it dude. Nobody wants to admit when they’re wrong, and in this case, when you’re being called out for casual racism, you think you’re best answer is “no, it doesn’t really mean what it means and you’re an idiot for thinking that”. I understand. I’d want to backtrack too. But it’s all good. We are all smart enough to see through it. I mean, I wouldn’t want any of my fellow physicians to hear me throwing around phrases like that, but you do you.

This is a great point. Because truthfully, the majority of gator fans didn’t attend the school either. I’m not sure why that’s ever relevant.

LOL. The lack of self awareness is astounding.

This is exactly how many of us dummies feel about your circle jerk on 247 - hence, 46,000 posts (and counting) laughing at the delusions of grandeur coupled with the superiority complex, hilarious mock classes, obsessions with the recruiting rankings… and so much more. It’s all uproariously funny (though rarely witty).

So, you can go back and thank all of the geniuses on your board for the years of laughter. Here’s to much more of the same (and a few more 4-win seasons).

Georgetown, UCLA, and USC don't have a national reputation among college football as an elite annoying fan base. There's nothing stopping me from being like Joe from Miami, who never attended Da U but likes to loudly brag to no one who cares about its many accomplishments. But notice how, for example, ND fans, while annoying, aren't treated similarly by other fan bases. They If you guys weren't so insufferably dumb, you'd be able to be like ND or Georgetown or x private university.
