Oh, and feel free to tell Yachtie that I'm a UM alum. Three times.
I'm sorry. You're going to have clearly explain what "the gator" is. K thx.I'd like to offer a question for our debaters.
@TheOriginalCane, exactly why is the gator a horrible football organization?
@TheRealOriginalCane, @FIVE RANGZ: Same question.
LOLIs this like the star of Gator Tears coming in to do a Q&A?
The connotation of “Rangz” and Miami is uneducated ghetto locals. Same way I see people referencing “Hialeah Bros” over there is a shot at Cubanos. It conveys that, unlike punny names about being druggies and convicts, you're extremely unintelligent. Now, you can spin it as "Ebonics" all you want as a way to guilt trip anyone who uses it in order to serve as a deterrent to being routinely mocked about it. It's 2022--playing the "everything I don't like is racist" card is meta right now. But the reality is that it's been said, by players and fans alike, in the past (there's even a blog by a Miami fan out there with that title), and it sounds hilariously dumb, regardless of who says it or which race the individual who says it is--things I don't care about.
Ok. So…. @TheOriginalCane invited him here for discussion and he showed so I’m going to try to keep this on a reasonable level of discussion…. If possible.Ah **** yall know why I'm here.
@FIVE RANGZ they're (the maudes and mods) are being nice. I'm not nice, you racist prick. It'll never be a welcome from me, just pure hatred, cause I can't stand a closet racist. You definitely wouldn't say that **** to my face, if **** you up and that's on the Bible.
Yeah, I chose violence, **** him.
Now that I got that out of the way, what you got to say, puzzy?

I'm glad I signed up just so that I could let you know that it's spelled "Beaker", not "Beeker", you silly goose. That's okay, though. I'm sure that you didn't need to take English or science classes to attend Miami Dade College, so you don't have to feel like a complete idiot and uncultured swine in front of your e-peers for not knowing that.LOL
On this inaugural episode of "Inside the Porsters Studio" - your hosts TOC and RVA welcome the unparalleled star of Gator Tears, he of "I'm an attorney and I say NIL is ilLEGal" and "the Rock should be poor" fame (just to name a few), Beeker himself, Northern Gaytor.
Brief UM history lesson: Walt Kichefski was the original Gator Hater. He refused to capitalize the "G" and called them "The gator."I'm sorry. You're going to have clearly explain what "the gator" is. K thx.
Hey, I resemble that remark! The Cubanos that is.The connotation of “Rangz” and Miami is uneducated ghetto locals. Same way I see people referencing “Hialeah Bros” over there is a shot at Cubanos.
Well, that may be how you mis(interpret) it, but for the rest of the world, we just think you're all dumb, and that's all there is to the words. The connotation of “Rangz” and Miami is uneducated ghetto locals. Same way I see people referencing “Hialeah Bros” over there is a shot at Cubanos.

Greetings, psycho.Ah **** yall know why I'm here.

You're right. I don't care about it.OK, as someone who took 4 years of Latin, I'm not going to be offended by the "you're extremely unintelligent", as I realize you probably intended second-person-plural there. I'm still not sure who is unintelligent, though. First, we are a pretty good school, academically, and many of our season-ticketholders are UM alums. But even affording the reality that every fan base has a percentage of unintelligent fans, it's not a phrase that is based on misspelling, it is based on mispronunciation. And a certain type of mispronunciation associated with a certain ethnicity.
As for your mistaken impression that we have only recently in 2022 found this phrase to be offensive and stereotypical, we have been pointing this out for years. It is part of the larger critique of "plantation schools" (predominantly in the SEC, but a couple in the ACC as well), and the way that so-called fans can be so casually and callously heartless in their use of language.
As for the "blog by a Miami fan", it is comparable to the way that the African American community "took back" a particular word that starts with "N". That guy didn't INVENT the term "Five Rangz", he simply reclaimed the name. If you have any doubts or misgivings, I would encourage you to walk around the parking lot of Hard Rock in 2025, yelling out "FIVE RANGZ, B!TCHES" while wearing your Gators gear, and see how well it goes over.
Finally, I get that you don't care about it. I can't make you care about it. I just think that you should care about it, and that's my 2 cents.
Is this what you wanted when you signed up? You have provided nothing but ad hominem.Well, that may be how you mis(interpret) it, but for the rest of the world, we just think you're all dumb, and that's all there is to the words.

But, you got me. Correctly spelling the proper name given to a hand puppet (every single time) really does prove ones intellectual superiority.LOL. Beaker himself is the proximate cause for 25% of the nigh on 46,000 posts in this thread.

You're right. I don't care about it.
First off, I was summoned here. Second, I promised you nothing. Third, are you really surprised that I call you all dumb? Because I've been doing that for years, so, uh... surprise? Finally, to answer your first question, yes.Is this what you wanted when you signed up? You have provided nothing but ad hominem.
Do you believe Billy Napier is a good enough head coach to win the SEC?
Are you please with the direction recruiting has gone?
Do any members of the staff concern you as to whether they're good enough to recruit and develop your players?
