Rashada is playing the NIL game. He's using Florida, ATM, and LSU to drive up the price. This is why I believe Miami isn't in the picture with an OV. Not because we can't pay. It's because Miami and Ruiz ain't playing that game and I'm good with it.

Gaytors are going to get outbid by ATM or LSU unless they break the bank. He may have to sit behind Anthony Richardson. Although Gaytor nation and the football evaluators think Richardson is going to be a top 10 pick as a Rsh Sophomore with his 6 TD and 5 INTs in 2021. He could be a 1st round pick based on physical traits, but he's not a 1st round QB performance wise.

Is Rashada worth the $$$? I don't know. Evaluating QBs is really tough. If there is one glaring weakness in Mario's recruiting game, it's QB. Does Gattis know QBs or is this a Ponce decision since it will be his QB? I assume Ponce is the OC-in-waiting as Gattis is probably due for a HC job soon.

Bullis is the GM of a Target there. That’s why there are sometimes Target shots at him.

Coaches don't control NIL. They're not to be involved. I'm sure when they found out he's shopping, they may have been turned off and moved on to Dante Moore from Detroit.

The Emory Williams kid could develop. He fits well as development between the stud QBs we have. We aren't in an urgent need at QB. It does help with the WR recruiting, but the class we truly need a top QB is the 2024 class.

Miami is like an NFL team with a star QB and a backup who could start elsewhere. We can take a flyer in the draft at QB and it doesn't make sense to pay top dollar for a 1st round draft pick to sit on the bench behind at least 2 QBs.

Make no mistake, Miami is willing to do NIL for Jaden. This is going to be the game going forward for bag chasers; Miami will go over the table with the NIL offers no one can beat and Florida or other bag schools will continue to primarily deal under the table and subvert the suspicion with small NIL deals in public. That’s how Jaden’s recruitment is going down. Miami and Florida and as of today, I need to see Jaden schedule that OV to believe they have a chance but talking to others in the know, they do believe Florida has the edge RIGHT NOW. Things can change so let’s see but my laughter is just because their fans think it’s going to be NIL-based and they could compete with Miami there. It’s comedy.

Just not hearing much from UM makes me feel we've moved on. No news. No OV.

If he doesn't come to UM, it's not about money. I know Ruiz can pay more than anyone. It's likely the easier path to starting that he's looking at.
