Nope. The NCAA never even said that. They said that Nevin Shapiro did that, as he was trying to generate clients for his agent business by entertaining ALREADY-SIGNED Miami student-athletes.
But "MIAMI" was not paying for strippers and party boats in order to recruit high school student-athletes.
Lets not even begin to speak of the back to back bowl games, ACCCG, loss of scholarships in bball AND football, player suspensions, THREE football coaches placed on show clause, Frank Haith suspended for 5 games.
All this AFTER YEARS of investigations looming over the program and getting stuck with Al Golden as HC.
