And the last time they played an OOC game on ANYONE ELSE'S CAMPUS outside the state of Florida was 29 years ago.

And the last time they WON an OOC game on ANYONE ELSE'S CAMPUS outside the state of Florida was 31 years ago.

Sad to think that this kid was soooooo committed to picking the Gaytors that some random crystal ball from a Miami writer pushed him to verbal to Alabama (only the best program in college football over the past 15 years).

How does that insanity happen?

And how is it that over the last couple of years, Miami doesn't stop recruiting when we appear to be behind in recruiting, but when the Gaytors see a kid verbal to Alabama, they just go into the fetal position?

And don't the Rules of Crystal Ball Fight Club set up a competitive system between writers that encourages them to post CBs early, and with a confidence level...and that they can't change the CB after a kid picks a school...

So why, if Ivins independently learns that a kid is supposed to pick School A, would he NOT put in a Crystal Ball? He's not supposed to do anything with his information...to...I guess...help a school keep a secret?

Ypur prob righ...it says on his 247 that hes from Brunswick but shows he plays for Edison so maybe he moved down here? Ill be honest not to familiar with him

Yeah I read that too.... that was in response to someone saying something along the lines of get his mom a 6 figure job so that she moves like other top schools do and he said we cant even do that right and walker's mom was supposed to be moved here.

This would make sense with Walker's tweet about broken promises or something like that shortly before he hit the portal. A lot of people attributed it to playing time, but he was on campus what? 3 months? Odd to think playing time or decisions would even be discussed before a single practice, pretty much coaching 101 of "no ones job is safe" type thing.

However, a promise to his mom to have a job, then COVID hits in March, economy tanks, maybe that offer was no longer there and he got ****ed wanted to come home.

I don't think there is a single job in Gaynesville that would be considered "essential".
