Tears Gator Tears

Allegedly they were looking for Tyrie Cleveland. Also did you see where Cleveland was Florida's leading receiver with 22 catches for 410 yards with 2 touchdowns last season.

Look at this Gaytor troll go, citing the UF Media Guide like a pro...

Say “Tay Bang”, outloud three times.

Does his name sound hard?

Do you think people quake with fear when they hear the words “Tay Bang” (say it out loud)?

See what I mean?

My brother, this is Gainesville, we’re talking about. It’s like an alternate universe combination the old south, delusional football fans, fake Gs with ghey sounding names, klan sympathizers, that’s sitting in the middle of nowhere with literally no redeeming qualities.

They have a stadium called the swamp, that literally smells like a swamp, where National news reports detail the sewage buildup under the field and in the stadium. https://nypost.com/2015/12/16/university-of-florida-might-fertilize-their-football-field-with-pee/

And these faulktards are actually proud of their stadium.

Yea, Tay Bang fits right in, in that bizarro world.

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Remember the Asian guy on American Idol that was destroying some song with the lyrics She bang, she bang, she bang?

For some odd reason, that tune is stuck in my head but the words are a little different - tay bang, tay bang, tay bang!

Probably the craziest reminder of how delusional Gator fans are (which is saying a lot)

You are wrong.

"The football players began to confront the group, but left in vehicles, the report states. As the group left, they could be heard yelling, “We coming back strapped,” the report states.

The other group returned and a confrontation ensued. One player reported the group had a baseball bat, a red laser being pointed at another player’s chest and another individual threatening “Come any closer, I’ll spray you.”"

Elements established. Intentional unlawful threat made. Apparent ability to carry out threat. Creation of a well-founded fear that violence is imminent. All elements established. The football players left and came back armed. It doesn't matter if, eventually, someone learns it is an Airsoft rifle, the orange tip was painted over, thus there is EASILY an APPARENT ability to carry out the threat AND the creation of a well-founded fear that violence is imminent. It doesn't matter if the gambler was the first to arrive, the football players escalated the situation by (a) specific verbal threats, and (b) leaving and returning with weapons.

File the criminal charges.

Allow me to add this:

The Definition of Assault

The assault statute in Florida, Section 784.011(1), defines the crime of assault as follows: An assault is an intentional, unlawful threat by word or act to do violence to the person of another, coupled with an apparent ability to do so, and doing some act which creates a well-founded fear in such other person that such violence is imminent.

The statute requires proof of three elements:

  1. an intentional, unlawful threat;
  2. an apparent ability to carry out the threat; and
  3. creation of a well-founded fear that the violence is imminent.
So proof of the crime of assault requires not just proof of a threat, but also proof of some physical act directed toward the victim. Several courts in Florida have reversed a conviction when only threatening words were used without any overt act of violence to accompany those words. Other cases have been reversed because the alleged victim testifies that he or she was not really in fear. In other cases, the defense in the case centers around whether the act was intentional or merely an accident.

.

I agree with all that, but who in a position to push this has a motive to do so? Nobody in gaynesville will, and there's no real reason for the feds to get involved.

I'd like nothing more than for this to blow up, I just don't see how it would.

The Gators lost two games that season. One against an unranked Auburn.

I love how Ryan King throws in the line, "At a neutral field"

Wait, we don't fill the stands for games, or we don't have fans...something something.

The '08 Gators nearly got beat by a bunch of freshman and Randy Shannon.

I feel like there are atleast 3 new pages to catch up on everytime I get on haha

This Ryan King dude looks like he either has downs, or MyMotherIsMySister-itis...I cant tell..

We beat them on their field the following year after losing 5 first rd picks. But yeah, neutral field with those guys still on the team?

We kicked there a$$ and of course we all know we should have been playing in the orange bowl for the national title instead!
