Meanwhile, McElwain’s quarterbacks are not enamored with the idea of their coach alternating snaps.

“Obviously it’s not ideal,” Notre Dame graduate transfer Malik Zaire said. “I don’t think anybody in the quarterback room wants that. But at the end of the day, you just gotta do what coach wants. I feel like coach should be confident enough to stick with a guy and be able to roll with that guy because that’s best for the team.

You know how diplomats say something innocent sounding and all the other diplomats are like "oh snap! He just tore that country a new one!"?

And we don't want that, it might get him fired.

Now that I've gotten that rant out of the way I want to thank all of you that cared enough about a fellow Cane to send your condolences to my wife and your " get well soon" wishes to me.They meant a lot.My wife was amazed that people I have never met and may never meet would do that.I told her it's what being a Cane is all about.Once a Cane your always in the family.

So the last think I'll say cause it's time for therapy is FCK YOU UFAG !!!!!! Gator Tears will live on !!!!!!!!

Had a knee replacement on Monday and my wife's brother passed on Tuesday.

He had a knee replacement and unfortunately, his wife Jenny's brother succumbed to cancer.

Oh wow! prayers are w/ you [MENTION=17085]KWConch[/MENTION]. Hate to see anyone go through this. Wishing you both the very best and pray that you recover from your knee replacement and Jenny has the best medical care to put her cancer in remission.

Glad you're doing better brother & the wife will be in my prayers. People that haven't experienced it first hand will never understand the level of passion we have towards our hatred for them. I have a half brother went there & I warned him before he signed that I'd never say another word to him... needless to say I haven't since. He tried to come to a few of our spots in my & sobe I had him black listed so he'd finally get the message. To me I do this for blood money. A few months back my nephew said he was thinking about going on an unofficial there just to support a teammate. I punched him straight in his mouth. Only time we go there is to conquer & pillage

OH, OK...I'm sorry, I misread [MENTION=9338]RVACane[/MENTION]s' post. Regardless, I sincerely empathize w/ you and Jenny. I'm about to lose my aunt any minute now after a long battle w/ lung cancer. I went back a couple of pages and saw that you posted you'll be going home soon. One of my good friends had knee replacement surgery, recently. Unlike him, just continue to follow the doctors orders, and you'll be as good as new in no time.

No problem.It's a blessing that I can just say the words " my wife doesn't have cancer".hopefully one day everyone will be able to say that.my sister has beaten it twice and my stepson is fighting it now which makes the passing of her brother even worse.

I didn't mean to turn this thread somber but most of the guys I post with on a daily basis are in this thread.And I was only in the hospital 36 hours until i was able to go home.Modern medicine is amazing which gives me hope that one day this horrid disease will be no more.
