So to save money last year, the UF admin kept Billy when they probably could have gotten Kiffin then. And then followed that up with spending money on recruits rather than the portal, which would have helped them this year and possibly would have made keeping Billy actually worth it. Now they spent all that money just to probably end up with Jedd Fisch.

Memnon or cribby would have better insight on what he does. I don’t pay that much attention to it. Idk how tf they pay that much attention but appreciate their insight for sure.

Yea his offenses make things easy for qbs. And now he can identify cause of the portal which saved plenty of coaches jobs imo. I’m all in on the one year rental qbs I’m cool with knowing what your getting pause. Lane would cook on offense at UF and the portal would help him go over the top there

Very possible since he has been sitting with the Auburn deal since Monday. Supposedly in agreement but something is making him pause. Could be waiting to finish the season or waiting to see what Kiffin does.

I agree. At his point I just want to see what they'd do if they can't even get Jedd.

The whole carousal has been a real eye opener. With ESD, the timing of the playoff and the transfer portal, needing a coach right now would be a disaster. I'd much rather put up with Mario's bs than go through this ****.

With Jedd they're an 8 win per year type team in the SEC. Hes a solid coach but no significant recruiting chops. They will need to become a top 5 portal school to have any shot at a title.

9 wins back to back years I won’t act spoiled man. I’ll just remember the previous hires and be ok with the now. Bad time to be looking for a HC

Apparently he either interviewed and then removed himself or just said he wasn’t interested. I don’t have 247 access anymore. @TheOriginalCane might know what those guys said. I hadn’t seen Pragmatic in a while when I was last on there.
