I don’t think people are prepared for the unmitigated disaster that they’re going to be this year. 5-6 win team. Losses to Utah, Tennessee, SCAR, Georgia, LSU, and FSU (at a minimum) incoming.

They had some good talent on last years 6-7 team and a Top 5 pick at QB. Squandered opportunity. Wouldn’t be surprised if Billy gets fired. Best case he gets fired half way through 2024.

If they fire him… his buyout coupled with hiring a new coach and his staff may be upwards for 100 million total when it’s all said and done. They can’t go bargain shopping for a coach next time.

Very good point. May force them to swallow a third year. UF is in a malaise that we were in a few years ago. If they fire Billy, it’ll have been their fourth coach fired since Urban. Don’t know who they’ll go after next.

while that may be true, y'all are in here talking like it's a guarantee that's not going to sign with UF as well. Keeping it a buck, i'm pretty sure it just stems from y'all having trouble locking down a top rated QB so some UM fans doing some projecting.

If/when he starts visiting other school(s), then i'll begin to worry but buddy has done everything to this point to show that UF is where he wants to be
