OK, let's break this down...

---Gaytors are mad about "Florida law". Yet Florida is the state with a governor who called a SPECIAL SESSION of the state legislature to amend the NIL law that we already had on the books. If the Gaytors need the law fixed so badly, just make a few contributions to DeSantis' presidential campaign, and he'll fix the law for you bingo bango bongo.

---As always, LifeWallet is not a collective, it is a publicly-traded company that is legitimately creating NIL arrangements with student-athletes who work as paid company spokespersons in advertisements. Changing the Florida rules for collectives might help the Gaytors, but it should have no bearing on the already legally-compliant NIL arrangements at existing for-profit businesses across the country.

---Once again, IT WAS JUST A FEW WEEKS AGO that the Gaytor fans were proudly trumpeting that they had beaten all other NIL offers for Jaden Rashada. Now the lights come on and the ****roaches scatter, and suddenly no Gaytor collective (or "guard") has ever made an NIL offer to anyone?

---The Gaytor Collective "denial" is hilarious. They NEVER HAD ANY COMMUNICATIONS with Caspino. Then they REFUSED TO ENGAGE with him. Then they cite all of his horrible personal/professional characteristics, of which how would they have any knowledge if they hadn't communicated or engaged with him?

---And how would Gaytor Collective know if Caspino's "activities" violate Florida and/or NCAA law and/or put the eligibility of the athletes at risk, if, you know, there WERE NO CONVERSATIONS?

---And look at Trask11eisman claiming that the Gaytor Collective/Guard "never makes an offer", they just deal in hypothetical woulda/coulda/shoulda conversations like a first-year law professor. What in the actual fvck? Yeah, all of these kids are picking colleges based on woulda/coulda/shoulda discussions, and next year all of the universities are gonna say "GOTCHA!" and pay them nothing? This ridiculous denial reminds me of Gary in Weird Science...

@RVACane I appreciate everything you've done here. This has been hilarious. Will be even crazier when they lose Baxter and their other top targets. Gator Oceans of Tears. I'm full up now though. Have fun guys, I'll check back in at page 2600 or so, lol.
It’s like you over-ate at the Indian buffet and now you’re taking a break from the tandoori oven for a while.

Heitner is the biggest ******* idiot.

First and foremost, he has a NFT as a profile pic on Twitter. He is therefore supporting a massive scam in the first place.

Second, I love how he goes with "Collectives are not negotiating with Caspino". So you are admitting that collectives negotiate with players? Good, you played yourself.

Third, collectives by NIL laws are illegal in the first place. So he should be very very very silent on what's illegal and what is not.

Fourth, there is no violation if Rashada has not signed a NIL deal. Guess why? Because he cannot do so under NIL law, which means: There is no violation present. Thats why recruiting in this day and age goes to the wire with everyone, regardless of NIL. Theres no written agreement, there is just a commitment. A college can very simply tell him about a NIL deal and the figures, but he cannot sign anything.

But eh, he is a Gator, so I am not surprised.

It’s why there is so many cases where you hear what was promised didn’t pan out…there’s nothing set in stone until AFTER you commit I believe …..by that time they got ya…

Let me see if I can understand this...

There are a bunch of universities and/or collectives that are criticizing Caspino for...

...asking for pre-enrollment money...you know, something that is COMPLETELY LEGAL in California and about 10 other states (and will probably soon be legal in Florida once all the Bull Gaytors bribe DeSantis to change the FL law)...

Yes, Caspino is a complete SCUMBAG for...asking for a completely legal payment structure...and "nobody should ever do business with him"...

Sure. Suuuuuure. Nobody should EVER recruit kids from these states:

Alaska
California
Colorado
Connecticut
Kansas
Louisiana
Minnesota
Nebraska
North Dakota
New Jersey
New York
Utah

If you recruit ANY kids from ANY of these 12 states, their unethical "representatives" may ask for PERFECTLY LEGAL payments to begin while these athletes are in HIGH SCHOOL...

But don't do it! Stand strong! It's completely disgusting for any parents or representatives to ask for any advance and/or guaranteed payments in, you know, the sport with the highest rate of career-ending injury....

Fight the power! Just say no to Caspino!

Yeahhhhh...riiiiiiight...that is exactly what is going to happen...

This is pretty simple guys:

They're guy is throwing a fit because of who beat them out for Rashada... lets be real if this was a team like Bama, LSU, A&M, USC, Oklahoma, Oregon you can guarantee he wouldn't say a word, but because its MIAMI that's why your getting that reaction.

God Forbid if MIAMI beats you for a recruit...

Oh, and for the record, just look at that Gaytor yammering on about wanting to go back to the 1990s, when they had a Top 5 team every year...

A survey of actual recorded history reveals:

1990: AP-13/Coaches-NR (PROBATION)
1991: AP-7/Coaches-8
1992: AP-10/Coaches-11
1993: AP-5/Coaches-4
1994: AP-7/Coaches-7
1995: AP-2/Coaches-3
1996: AP-1/Coaches-1
1997: AP-4/Coaches-6
1998: AP-5/Coaches-6/BCS-8
1999: AP-12/Coaches-14

I mean, it's a pretty good run there, no dispute on that, but it's not "Top 5 team every year" either.
