Ruiz recently tweeted about the collectives and 501(c)(3) structures not passing the test in his legal opinion. How great would it be if after all this shït talking from the turds the NCAA came down on those collectives and 501’s while vindicating what Ruiz’s is doing by allowing him to continue.
