Game manager

I don't like the term, but he's doing what's asked and it's working. He also really laid his body on the line tonight with several tough yards. Had this gone the other way, I would've been irate at the reversal on the clear 1st down when they said his hand was down, ball was still there and nothing showed otherwise from any angle.

I hope they let him play with more freedom going forward. There isn't another lights out secondary like the one we saw tonight out there.

****, what a feeling.

He stepped up; No 2 ways about it. He has a tendency to start slow but once he's in a rhythm,....he's in a rhythm.

You didn't see the nerves get to him like we've seen in games past (both this season and before this season).

Putting his body on the line like that and not being afraid of a letdown pretty much proves that he's grown up.

This was the definition of game manager win.

1st DOWNS WIN GAMES!

Didn't have gaudy stats, but on 3rd downs and 4th we got it done to keep drive alives.
