Observations on FSU:

-Big improvement from 2021.
-Travis looks better, but reminds me too much it Malik in 2017. Goes on long droughts, but has heart.
-Offense is better but not great. Wake has the #72 defense in the country right now.
-Defense is fast but susceptible to blow coverages.
-Still an undisciplined team. 91 yards of penalties.
-Not mentally weak, so far, like last year.
-Playing better than us right now, but 50/50 on what happens in our game. We beat UNC and I’ll think different.

Couple things from this game.
Wake rushed 3 that entire last drive and had the strong side d-end rush inside to force Travis to scramble right. That allowed the spy to only have to cover one side because he knew if Travis scrambled it would always be to the QB’s right side. It also meant every throw went to one side of the field and Wake really only defended one side of the field.

Novell is weak. I am concerned that we today what FSU was 2 years ago,

The FSU game he was same inconsistency as the first two games. I'm not trying to hate on him or say he sucks, but I feel like people forget those games. It was infruriating watching some of the throws he'd miss with a guy wide open at times but he'd make up for it most of the time with ridiculous throws

All in all he still wasn’t this bad. He is struggling making simple throws now. Dude has fell off a cliff
