FSU is broke

Wait, how are they broke? I thought having your own on campus stadium was a giant cash cow that did nothing but pay you buckets full of money while costing you nothing?
 
There's a guy who has a youtube channel who went to every college football stadium and did a review and ranked them within each conference. He kind of slammed Doak Campbell's remodel. I made my first trip to Doak Campbell this past season and I have to say his analysis was on-point.

FSU spent all of their renovation money on the beautiful stadium facade. It looks totally beautiful as you approach it, but once you get inside, it's basically an oversized high school stadium. Bleacher seating in many areas, the nicer seating is a little fishnet hammock "chair" mounted to the bleacher seating. The food is very high school stadium-esque.

I love it.
The Noles' and so-called UM fans who years for the days when they were on top can go pound sand, especially the local soFla folks who try to send our best talent to Trailerhassee.
I feel this way after watching and hearing them when we were down.
 
paying for buildings and locker rooms never wins titles. They should have spent that on players. Money to the player always got wins, who is in charge over there? Players don’t care about that **** they just want to dominate and practice with dominant players. And if they think you can’t bring in players they not going to go there, dogs like to practice with dogs. If you can’t develop that culture you are cooked

Yes, he managed to recruit a few HS 5* players but relies on the portal for a reason. He does not like the recruiting trail. I also doubt his health would allow him to grind like Mario.

FSU might have a future dropping to FCS and creating regional rivalries with FAMU and Bethune-Cookman.

I've never cared for Deion because he was a Nole.
I hate Noles, but at least I recognized he was a special player and athlete in his day.
But I softened somewhat on him after I watched interview Michael Irvin had at his place.
Sanders had some serious health challenges. He had to disappear from his coaching duties for extended period of time because of his issues with blood clots, almost losing a leg, etc.
A person in that situation cannot deal with the grind of college football.
 
At this rate....its just a matter of time before the Seminoles open up an Onlyfans account to get out of debt. Lol
