The new AD’s first assignment will be the football program & getting rid of Norvell & the so-called GM they brought in. They’re probably already looking at who they want to hire & firing Norvell & bringing in a top notch coach is going to take money & lots of it. No one is throwing away $$ anymore for that train wreck as long as Norvell's there.

Not to derail this thread (seriously, I don't want to), but Blake James to me is the epitome of failing upward. How in the F do guys like this manage to consistently do a horrible job, get bounced, then land on their feet at another high paying job doing the same thing, and failing the same way, time after time? Mom and Dad told me life wasn't fair, but JFC.
