Tressel got fired. USC has yet to recover after it's scandal. The Troja s are dealing with a similar problem. Good ole boys aren't as prevalent in the big cities. Keeping things under wraps is easier in certain cultures.

USC recovering has nothing to do with their scandal. They land top recruiting classes every year and have the 4th most talented team in the nation recruit wise. They just SUCK at developing that talent and game day coaching.
