I hate the rule because it is so ambiguous but it should have stood as targeting. I have seen far less than that ruled as targeting. The rule states (in part):
Leading with helmet, shoulder, forearm, fist, hand or elbow to attack with forcible contact at the head or neck area

That’s pretty much what James did on that play.
 
My hatred for fsu far exceeds any team in all of sports combined. Every win they get pains me. Come on wake

Targeting is the geyest rule ever im all for dudes hitting each other, they should just put that in a contract that if u play football u may become retarded later on in life. Play at ur own risk..............X sign here
