Many OCs are QB coaches.....doesn't make sense to have a QB coach unless you hire an OC/OL guys like Bill Bedenbaugh. Hire the OC first.

Lol. Thanks man. He would be an awesome recruiter for SFLA. Coached all over Dade County. Very relatable to everyone. Can really coach kids up. I’m all for the QB spot but nothing more. Anything else would be straight homerism which is a close second to nepotism. Which I hope Manny watched and learned doesn’t work.

I know satt called plays. Ponce was pass game coordinator. And then louville he is a qb coach. I guess he knows the offense, just not proven. Satt is held in high regard to calling right plays at right time and making the right in Game decisions. Ponce is a question mark.

No I think the collaborative flavor of the statements say the AD will have input on the hire. They'll find someone with a track record and won't leave it all to many as a rookie HC... Don't be surprised to see a national search to help vett OC candidates.
