FRANK LADSON AND STEVENSON 2019 STARS DECOMMIT FROM uf

Ummm last year running back
Week before Lingard committed in February everyone was giving tweed sh*t because a comment he made about Clemson or Texas I remember. Elite Recruits like Lingard, duke Johnson, Brevin Jordan not giving another school any type of communication is very rare in today’s age

Hes lost more than rumph???? Are you serious? LMAO bruh come on now
Banda was brought in to be the DB recruiter, was he not?
As far as I'm concerned he has not lived up to that at all. Rumph was brought in to coach, right? That is what everyone here was saying from the moment he signed.

Rumph misses - TC, PS2, Quincy Wilson. ...and no I don't consider Henderson a miss for Rumph, dude was dropped. And Quincy Wilson we had just about 0 chance with, considering his dad hates us and his brother went to UF too. That leaves TC and PS2. We weren't even "in it" for PS2 until like the final month of his recruitment, so this is literally only a "loss" because hes an elite south florida db. But he never intended to stay in state. And its looking like TC never intended to stay instate either from his childhood favorite school being LSU, to his dad literally wanting him to go out of state for school.

Banda misses - Brian Edwards, Shawn Davis, Josh Jobe. Jobe took money from Bama obviously, but Banda got played by Jobe, clearly. Brian Edwards should never have been someone we were even going for, but he clearly just got outrecruited by UF. Davis we just wiffed on.

Davis was recruited by rumph, and yes CJ was considered a lose some on now lol, you mention not getting kids he known since they were kids as not a bad thing lol, banda has brought more to the team than rumph has ever done since he was hired, legit who has rumph brought in who wasn’t comin here regardless who was recruiting them?

Banda missed on
Jobe- family wanted bama
***an
Edwards- always loved uf for whatever reason
Shawn davis

Rumph missed on
Wilson(Florida lean front the get go)

henderson(would have been a cane had he not acted out probably)

Surtain- didn’t start recruiting him heavily until November/December. Always was a LSU lean

Campbell- no excuse we should have landed him but it did seem he had his set on not playing here from the get go if you review the timeline of how everything went down. Skipped paradise camp to go to Clemson camp, skipped Miami bbq event to go to fiu satellite camp to talk to osu and bama coaches. Never really talked up Miami in interviews

Samuel- rumph wanted him earlier in the cycle but Diaz wasn’t keen on taking a short corner this cycle

Both db coaches recurited each of the dbs this cycle as they did last cycle. And they all have taken Ls.

Banda has brought in more than rumph has, and lol at saying ***an was a lose boy was all FSU from the start

Banda was defintiely the lead recruiter for Davis

Banda fed off bama for hall, brought in carter, got romeo finley to commit late, rumph on the other hand got kids CBs that were going to be canes from the get go bandy, blades, ivey

He needs to step up his game especially with these out of state CBs that are giving us looks, lets see how he does with the out of state kids

Im pretty sure it was rumph, but if im wrong still what has rumph brought?
The most 4 stars (blue chip players) of any coach on the team in the last 2 cycles. Also helped with landing 4star Herbert and 4star Silvera. At the army game Silvera said he was very close to rumph and his family trust him, he has known him since he was 8 years old.

Broke you are listing kids that were going to be canes in bandy and blades and a guy that needed a former player to talk into staying with the canes

lol so now Rumph doesn't get the credit since they were going to be Canes from the get go, but he gets all the blame for dudes that were never going to be Canes from the get go? That makes perfect sense smdh.

Fact is Banda was brought in to be the top recruiter for DBs. It should be his job, and main role as a member of this staff to recruit DBs. Do you deny that or not? What is his role if he isn't a top teacher of the safety position and is ONLY assigned to recruit safeties? Do you see how stupid that is. Rumph has been a very good actual on field coach. He's recruited better than Banda has. This is very simple to me.

People are so blinded by us not getting PS2 and TC its crazy.

Cane legacy or not the Frierson and uga rumors was real And they reeled him back in it’s that simple. Ivey wasn’t just some cane since birth guy. He had legitimate offers from uga, Auburn and South Carolina all within a span of a week and then he shut his recruitment down soon after. Bandy grew up liking the canes like many other south Florida recruits. Does that mean all of them will become canes if given the chance? **** no....

Jobe been a Miami fan since he was growing up, Calvin Ridley, Sony Michel, dalvin Cook and a host of others. Did they become canes? No...

Stop trying to knock a recruiting win regardless the situation

cant believe theres still folks on here caping for rumph. I thought yall would have ran off y now. Paul Williams was a better recruiter.
All I got to say is this, If he is what you say then what does that mean about the rest of the defensive coaches who have landed less blue chip players at their position the last 2 cycles yet don’t receive half the criticism rumph gets? It’s ridiculous, all these coaches need to improve it’s not just a rumph problem...

Whats your opinion on Banda then? Done a better or worse job than Rumph. In all aspects...

Better than him in all aspects. As a coach and a recruiter. The last 2 years our best dbs have been safeties. Rayshawn Jenkins and Jamal Carter. Last year Jaquan Johnson. Rumph is a horrible recruiter..no way around it. Im done doing detailed post about how bad of a recruiter he is....but i called what happened in 2018 class in 2015 when we hired him...and he isnt/wasnt hired for his coaching prowess...because that resume is extremely small even on the high school level.

Bruh blades was committed to paul ****** williams so yes he gets no credit for that, bandy would have committed too if golden didn’t tell him to grow a few inches for a offer lol so the blinded one is you for brushing aside rumph major failures these last two cycles
