Lol. This is 1/2 the ******* problem, most of them think like this. Good thing is it won’t matter this time, and none of them truly have a say.

Lobbying for Gino 100%. This is more like 90% of the problem. And I’m not completely against Gino as AD, he’s a better option than some. But this is witch-hunt style stampede to the office of our way or the highway if they didn’t go to school here. It’s been trying to be made a rule here for a long time and it’s not helping whatsoever. If you’re qualified you’re qualified, which is why Mario as head coach is an exception.

Is it possible that the Canes don‘t think Little Jr is very good and it has nothing to do with his last name or where his dad played?
Why hasn’t he committed anywhere yet? Kid thinks he is Surtain/Campbell level. He’s in for a rude awakening

Agree... Im so tired of this criteria.. oh he's has to be a former Cane, he has to understand the Culture. **** that go build your own culture. Go out and hire the best AD and Head Coach you can find, PERIOD. I could careless if they are former Canes.

I think it's terrific that our former greats care so much about the program. Their involvement is important. Bennie Blades meeting with Dr. Frenk probably made a difference...and may have contributed in part to Blake James being shown the door (a necessary step in the right direction). Whether you agree with their positions or not, we should show appreciation for their efforts & involvement. Bashing former greats that care tremendously about the program is really poor.

If we're forced to hire a former player then it needs to be Dan Morgan.
