For sure gone, likely gone, up in the air

Jalen Rivers is “likely gone”?

To where, exactly?

TBH, threads like this should be deleted. This is literally just throwing names at a wall, pure nonsense.
To the NFL? Lmao posts should be deleted no let hear your soliloquies on conference realignment some more - maybe a 15,000 word essay?

Doesn't every team lose starters and contributers now, that's how I've remembered it the last few years

Don't think it's that big of surprise to say we will either
100%.

There’s just levels to it imo. You’re going to have casualties every year, but Miami is in no position to lose some of its key contributors to the portal in addition to a fair number of significant losses to the draft. We have to continue moving forwards, not stall out (or god forbid, move backwards).

We’re already going to have to replace positions that require precise evaluations, significant financial allocations, and placing extreme importance like QB and DT. Potentially even staff changes on top of that…we don’t need to add more to Mario’s plate.

Oops I read it to fast. Hahaha

Insert foot in mouth
I assumed lol, you’re chillin

So why don't you put your money where your mouth is you ******* mope.

How do you know what contributions I've made *****?

We will lose some starters and serious contributors as transfers, just be prepared
If this is the case, how can we build a stable porgram? We can't have a revolving door or starters and coaches, and expect anything of signifigance.

The best path for a strong 2024 is returning starters and key backups if they aren't going too 100 picks of the draft.

These guys should/could portal:

Cyrus Moss
Jon Denis
Logan S
Zion
Chaney
Cam
Jacurri/TVD
Flagg
Chantz
Redding
Horton
Balam
Chris Washington

Seniors:
Couch
K. Smith
Deen
Davis
Lichtenstein
Ladson

NFL draft:
Cohen
Williams
Taylor
Kam

Decisions:
Lee
Rivera

Sounds like he read it on the wall. Not sure if he means the Pink Floyd album or the one in Berlin, but it’s equally retarded.

He meant the bathroom in Tropical Park where he hangs out with his "friends".
Everything isn't sunshine and rainbows clowns. Snug up close to that 7-5 we'll be here a while.

Likely candidates among the potential “returning starters and serious contributors” that we could lose to the portal (not NFL):

JHH
Mesidor
Harvey
Flagg
Brown
Lee
Restrepo
Horton
Arroyo
Skinner
Brashard
TVD
Jacurri
Chaney
Parrish
Citizen

Some of these guys could be grad transfers (e.g., Lee and Brown).

I feel if we had a experienced QB returning poised for a big year all this wouldn’t be happening.

It really is a shame , OP just may on point in many cases even though we don’t like it there’s really no reason 50% to 60% will happen.

Hard for kids to stay to experience new QB growing pains when there future is in play.

To me it’s a function of the times. We took a starter from bama as an example… more than anything it’s about the HC and losing. I’m of the mind that all orgs are a reflection of their leaders.
This is something I agree with. There will always be players that leave that we didn’t think got a fair shake or players that feel like they were slighted. Last year I was nervous about Arroyonow if he were to leave it would be perfectly understandable. Similar to a Brashard Smith. Now, if Demari Brown leaves… that will hurt my heart. He has shown me that he’s going to be a stud.

I don’t want to blow up specific spots so I’ll say I expect a wr, rb, te, potential cb, more than one qb. I’ll be disappointed if one or two play out as it seems it will

If we're losing starters and guys that could be starting next year, the better question to ask isn't "who" but "why?".

More money?
Better development?
Want to win bigger and guaranteed a starting position at a better program?

Whatever the answer is, losing guys who are penciled in as starters is a big concern.
