FIU game thread about us

Didn’t the bridge designed by a FIU graduate came down?....the lawsuits must be being litigated behind closed doors?....
I think they concluded their report on it a couple of weeks ago. I've heard some people gonna be doing some time

it isn’t on my package (insert “that’s what she said joke” here). I have the package just below so planning to bump up to that package for what should be 50 cents a day and then go back to original package the next morning

Not all Directv packages have it either.

I actually remember when there was some chatter about fiu changing their name to University of Florida at Miami, one of the worst things they ever did, IMO, was chose the name they did. Sounds like some average commuter school for degenerates...wait what?

Should change name to City University of Miami. C U M seems appropriate

I guess expected an FIU fan to know the difference between a public and a private university is a bridge too far.

Bridge too far? It's not the length of FIU bridges that's the problem, bro.

Holy God, why are these clowns so obsessed with UM? Especially this SouthPaw yahoo.

Great, guy—you go to Florida International and love your university. All that said, that has nothing to do with the University of Miami and the athletic accomplishments (especially on the football field) over the past four decades.

I get wanting to take down the big, bad hometown rival—but the obsession with overselling FIU as all that's good in the world, while UM represents the evil empire—get a f**king grip, nerd.

There's a lot of that kind of "loyalty" with everything now. People just looking to belong.
