There is a lot of reasons many people dislike Tebow. In my case, he espouses Christianity but worked for his Dad's mininistry...The same ministry that called most Filipinos non-Christian because they were Roman Catholic.

Next, one of the core tennts of the Christianity that Tebow espouses is humbleness. Tebow does a great job in projecting the "Aww shucks" kind of surface humblesness, but not the deep, meaningful kind. Instead of swallowing his ego and listening to the NFL people who knew best, he insisted on being a QB, rather than a hybrid TE/H-Back/Wildcat QB. Dolphin Jim "Crash Jensen (a college QB) is fondly remembered by Dolphin fans for his play in this role and current Saints utility man (another college QB) Taysom Hill is doing exactly what a lot of wise NFL types told Tebow he could do well.

He NEVER gets taken to task about anything because he's a Chreestian product of the SEC that appears as a benevolent meathead and that combination gets shielded.

I am ABSOLUTELY NOT trying to start a Covid debate here but one must wonder why Ol' Saint Teblows is never asked if he is vaxxed or wasn't taken to task by anybody for going to that indoor UFC fight in Jax that was the first mass gathering during the pandemic.

Even Lebron doesn't get that wide a berth from a largely NBA friendly media and has been put on the spot about vaccinations and going to public gatherings NOW.

I actually hope Urbie gifts Teblows a spot on the Jax roster and we get to see that his existence there turns out to be a locker room cancer. Eff him. His pride and ego prevented him from trying to be a TE or FB when he was actually an appropriate age to do so.
