This ***** was getting sloshed and then DP'd by these guys for months. As soon as someone else found out she felt ****** and decided to "press charges".
Once she found out that her 'history' with these two players was going to come out in court, complete with other witness testimony she balked.
The fact that she enjoys taking two penes simultaneously in each of her bottom openings was NOT something she wanted to become public knowledge. I hope she prolapses at a young age.

They need to stop regurgitating bad information without quotes. This is America, you are innocent until proven guilty. In my eyes, he is innocent until proven otherwise in a court of law.
The first 5 statements are most unfortunate for the girl, but would be at the heart of a defense that would result with the 2 UM players beating the rap.
As for that knee jerk reaction, ain't no way in this current environment would UM have been able to NOT throw these guys out of school with that notorious publicly explicit affidavit.

It's right there on pages 1 & 2 of the affidavit. They were read their Miranda rights, and they still spoke to the cops for some reason, but it's right there in black and white. Admitting to buying a 17 year-old alcohol, having *** with her without her consent on U of M housing. They had no choice but to dismiss them from the team- mainly because the assault took place in campus housing.
No idea why they chose to speak to the police after being Miranda'd though. They were not in violation of Florida statutory rape laws, and it would have been very difficult to prove the allegations otherwise. Here is the law in Florida (statute 794.05):
Don't give up the good fight, but in this case, at best the players were crappy dudes, at worst they were outright rapists who got off lightly. Remember, they admitted to having *** with her without consent. It doesn't matter if they've had *** with her a hundred times prior to this, if they didn't have consent- even one time- it's rape.

You have 3 examples of rape cases from the Big 3 schools in Florida and how they were handled. 2 of them (FSU and UM) handled it on complete opposite spectrums and both were completely wrong. UF actually handled their rape case correctly.
UM overreacted and presumed guilt and never gave the players an opportunity for the truth to come out. FSU just said ***** the victim, Winston is innocent regardless of the facts And UF suspended their QB until their investigation was complete and he was reinstated.
Fact is, the school threw Fig and Blue under the bus.

Before enrolling however, Alex Figueroa, the dismissed former UM linebacker, decided to share his feelings about his former school in a unique way. Last Wednesday afternoon, Figueroa posted a 15-second video on his Instagram account that shows him crouching over a burning Hurricanes flag.
“This is how I feel about this SHlT,” Figueroa said to the camera. “Don’t call me Figatron, BlTCH ! Don’t call me A-Figs. It’s Fig. You feel me? I’m not a phucking Hurricane, BlTCH ! I’m a Bronc-O-buster [and now really bust A$$ & VJs]”
The latter is the Garden City (Kansas) Community College mascot. “Figatron” is a nickname Figueroa earned while at UM for his impressive physique.

In November, they avoided jail time by agreeing to undergo ***-offender treatment and complete 100 hours of community service.
Figueroa, a three-star recruit from Virginia, was expected to be the Hurricanes’ starting strong-side linebacker last fall. Blue was a three-star recruit out of West Boca Raton High who finished last spring as the Hurricanes’ backup middle linebacker.
Sims, who was FAU’s wide receivers coach and recruiting coordinator under Carl Pelini, learned of Figueroa from former FAU wide receiver Lucky Whitehead, a friend who grew up in Manassas, Va., about a half-hour drive from Figueroa’s hometown of Stafford. Another player Sims said vouched for Figueroa was Ladarius Gunter, a former UM cornerback who played for Sims at Fort Scott (Kan.) Community College.
So there’s at least one player on Garden City roster who doesn’t like the Hurricanes. Funny thing is, Sims mused, there are a couple more who “would do anything in the world” to play for UM. Wonder if they’ll get along.

I understand his new coach Sims & staff are gonna talk to Fig about cussing out & burning UM jersey (while fully wearing UM colors, tops & bottom), but you have to wonder whether Sims has the last word on Fig or Garden City CC PRez Herbert J. Swender still can pull a veto on that enrolment. For Fig sake, I hope his classes are already paid for, and he already attended his first class on Monday. Fig's a fool for posting that ish.
I hate to say it, but that video looks chilling, and I can see lots of girls being intimidated by Figueroa words and fidgety body language. He seems angry, agitated, annoyed, and as much as one may hate to say it, dude looks violent and quite intimidating in that video...he better pray that time don't let some feminists get wind of his case and chilling video

No. I'm a UM law alum. I'm a prosecutor and was an assistant state attorney for about six years prior. Also did criminal defense for about three years.
