Before enrolling however, Alex Figueroa, the dismissed former UM linebacker, decided to share his feelings about his former school in a unique way. Last Wednesday afternoon, Figueroa posted a 15-second video on his Instagram account that shows him crouching over a burning Hurricanes flag.
“This is how I feel about this SHlT,” Figueroa said to the camera. “Don’t call me Figatron, BlTCH ! Don’t call me A-Figs. It’s Fig. You feel me? I’m not a phucking Hurricane, BlTCH ! I’m a Bronc-O-buster [and now really bust A$$ & VJs]”
The latter is the Garden City (Kansas) Community College mascot. “Figatron” is a nickname Figueroa earned while at UM for his impressive physique.

He got himself a new opportunity and begins classes Monday at Garden City and will join the football team, coach Jeff Sims said.
Figueroa deleted the video – and his Twitter and Instagram accounts – several hours later, but not before Andrew Ferrelli, a high school student who writes for the website CanesWarning.com,
ripped the clip from the Instagram account. Figueroa’s account was private, though at the time he posted the video, Figueroa allowed 1,842 different users to view his posts.
Figueroa and linebacker JaWand Blue, both 20, were dismissed from UM last July, after they were arrested and admitted to drugging and raping an underage girl inside a UM dorm. In November, they avoided jail time by agreeing to undergo ***-offender treatment and complete 100 hours of community service.
Figueroa, a three-star recruit from Virginia, was expected to be the Hurricanes’ starting strong-side linebacker last fall. Blue was a three-star recruit out of West Boca Raton High who finished last spring as the Hurricanes’ backup middle linebacker.
Sims, who was FAU’s wide receivers coach and recruiting coordinator under Carl Pelini, learned of Figueroa from former FAU wide receiver Lucky Whitehead, a friend who grew up in Manassas, Va., about a half-hour drive from Figueroa’s hometown of Stafford. Another player Sims said vouched for Figueroa was Ladarius Gunter, a former UM cornerback who played for Sims at Fort Scott (Kan.) Community College.
So there’s at least one player on Garden City roster who doesn’t like the Hurricanes. Funny thing is, Sims mused, there are a couple more who “would do anything in the world” to play for UM. Wonder if they’ll get along.

What is the real issue here?
Is this an issue two UM players not taking advantage of an impaired woman who happens to be a female minor and an incoming freshman?
Or is the real issue one where UM Admin did NOT coddle and NOR protect two UM players that very well could have gotten away with an incident where there were a lot of other people involved with procuring drugs & alcohol for a minor girl?
Is this an issue where UM Admin after conferring with the minor girl and her parents of what had transpired, along with recognizing UM’s own culture of procuring date drugs & alcohol for minors, “counseled” two players to come clean and admit as much as possible, and everything will take care of itself and they will all b e fine.
In view of some prior sexual relationship with at least one of the players, and the fact that the girl could not have given consent to the players nor a refusal to have *** in light of her impaired state, there’s no question a contested case would have a hard time in securing an indictment, let alone a conviction. Indeed, only 3% of rape cases end in conviction and jail time.

If you have at least a daughter, sister, and close female cousin in the high teens and older that attend or attended college, it may be interesting for you to know that 1 in four will be raped if she hasn't been already. Unfortunately, if you’ve had 2 daughters and 2 sisters going or having gone through college, one of them will be raped, if not already. Yet, the culprit of your relative violation will walk away 97% of the time without your relative getting the appropriate justice.
Just imagine what would happen if Hillary Clinton becomes President, then the miniscule 3 % justice rate will go way up or we will facing situations with Man down, female vigilante style, or as in:

What is dude burning the UM jersey? What's Fig's real issue? Because UM
did not cover up his violation of that minor girl considering that had UM tried to look the other way and covered it up, dude could have easily gotten away with it, and after the storm would blow over, dude could have been seeking for a reinstatement.
**** any NCAA Title IX violation. This would be just as all other dudes in college and in society who get away with such violation of our sisters and daughters day in and day out.
Sims said he and his Garden City staff did a thorough check of Figueroa’s past and said he was forthright about his situation at UM. He said he wished Figueroa hadn’t posted the video, but didn’t want to publicly comment further on it — before a reporter informed him of the video’s existence, he had not seen it. He said he planned to discuss it with Figueroa as soon as he hung up the phone.
As a junior college coach, Sims said, he has “the opportunity to give players a second chance. From all the accounts I have found, Alex has done the right things. He made a mistake and he’s working through that situation. We’re trying to give him a chance to get an education and see what he can do with his future.” @mattyports

Another former UM notorious one, namely Willie Williams, had a hard time finding a place to hang his hat after leaving UM. College and Colleges accepted him then rescinded the offer to enroll. I understand his new coach Sims & staff are gonna talk to Fig about cussing out & burning UM jersey (while fully wearing UM colors, tops & bottom), but you have to wonder whether Sims has the last word on Fig or Garden City CC PRez Herbert J. Swender still can pull a veto on that enrolment. For Fig sake, I hope his classes are already paid for, and he already attended his first class on Monday. Fig's a fool for posting that ish.
I hate to say it, but that video looks chilling, and I can see lots of girls being intimidated by Figueroa words and fidgety body language. He seems angry, agitated, annoyed, and as much as one may hate to say it, dude looks violent and quite intimidating in that video...he better pray that time don't let some feminists get wind of his case and chilling video
