Sometimes you just gotta take some things off the kid’s plate and let him do what he does best. If Perez is as good as he’s hyped up to be, ADC should stay at DH permanently.

It's a long season and it's early. In an ideal world, he can hit at C as well as he does at DH/OF. That would be best both for the team and for the kid personally. I think it makes sense to give him a few weeks (maybe even a couple of months) to try to figure out how to make it work, even if it costs us a few games in March. That'll be a different story come May.
