Out of those players....
Gault decent for us
Ford good first year and half
Branch.... Great player
Jett.... Average at best
Napoleon.... Retired too early
Bo..... Reason imma raider fan
Fargas..... Overrated
Rocket and ****erson were waaaay past their primes by the time they got wit Raiders.....
Rest of them. Besides wells(too young) I don't even wanna talk about....****,he even drafted DVD

But I did have high hopes for Buchanan..... Think that injury his rookie year ****ed him up

Lingard’s running style reminds me of Fargas. Fargas had loads of talent...

Moss was just a freak of nature. Fastest, best hands, leaping ability, best ball tracking, and shifty with size. He was just absolutely insane.

I remember actually tuning into ESPN to see what he did every week. When Marshal was going to play Ball State, I decided to make the trip to see him play in person. He didn't disappoint, had 5 touchdowns and if they had called his number more, he could've gotten 10.

As amazing as he was, if he worked as hard as Rice, Harrison, Wayne, etc it's scary to think how good he could've been. Granted, he didn't need to be any better.

The other fascinating thing about him is that I don't ever remember anyone ever overthrowing him. I'm sure it probably happened, but when his QB's would wind it up, they all seemed to kind of stop their motion and say to themselves.....I'm not sure I can heave it that far or how the **** is he already way down there.

Dude is nuts.

Schwartz might. I doubt it but he might.

I’m just saying that there’s a big difference between the 40yd and 100m and I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the guys on that list run as fast or faster than him come combine time in three years.

Also, nothing Thomas has shown me so far puts him anywhere near Schwartz.

There's a HUGE difference. Kermit ran a 4.44 40 at the combine and a 10.15 100M. The 40 should be added as a track race IMO.

I dont know if i can agree with that. Bob hayes brought insane speed to the league at a time where it was almost unnatural. But randy moss the nfl completely changed rules for. He really was a freak of nature. Him being a semenhole i have trouble admitting that. But at a time when the league was full of insanely fast people HE WAS THE HNIC among them. His strides were so long you had no clue what was coming till he was gone...

There was a story out there from when Moss was at FSU August camp along with Warrick. I think it was Dexter Jackson who was interviewed once. He went on to tell the story how he was lining up at practice and thinking "oh man, I can stick this QB kid - he can't play WR". Warrick smoked him. He then said "I'll take on this country kid from WV - I'll show him what's what" and Moss proceeded to smoke him. Naturally I'm paraphrasing but you get the gist. Jackson said he was completely humbled during that practice.

Id have the opposite opinion. Great hes fast in boy shorts & a tied off tube top but nothing shwartz has shown indicates hes anywhere near as fast in pads... i hope hes so fast he tears his achilles.

I think you're confused my man. I was talking about Kermit Whitfield...no mention of the Heritage kid. Whitfield played fast in pads and was a decent KR. He just wasn't a good football player. I've never seen a Heritage game in person, so can't comment on that.

Nah. I know u were talking bout kermit and his sell out self. I just never have the patience to get to the right comment. The one i was talking about you had commented on also. He said jeff is slow compared to him.

IM guessing you put that up to show me that hes so much faster than a bunch of malnourished kids in uganda. I mean chaminade. Again im not impressed at this point. Before people start saying how slow our players that are doing it in college against acc athletes lets wait to annoint the shwartz isnt with him until he atleast does it in college in the least athletic p5 conference their is. Thanks.

I think one or two of Bob Hayes record-setting runs might have been on the UM track back in the early '60's.

I’m not in particular impressed in most aspects of his game either but I don’t think his speed in pads should be in question. That kid has elite speed period and it’s evident in his film

The article states about #1 "Sheffield broke OSU's 60-meter dash indoor record earlier this year with a time of 6.663 seconds. That's the fastest 60 time of any player listed here."

Schwartz ran a 6.59 60 meter. Just shy of the all time high school record.
