Naw we don't need him we have Judd
law and order crazy shit GIF

What would have last year looked like with a healthy Restrepo and Young playing at that level from go? Would love to have Reggie Wayne and Santana Moss, but pretty confident with what we have which is a greatly improved group as far as experience, speed, and twitch.
Because of a combination of timing, spacing, and overall crap rhythm in calls, I'd guess not that different.

You have a WR today plainly telling you they're pushing the ball downfield more.

There’s an entire recruiting board and a thread dedicated to Judd

The fact that some of you are bringing the bull**** dogging the kid to this board is embarrassing
Not everybody frequents the recruiting board ... general comments will pop up anywhere. But it IS a concern when the only QB in the 2024 class (so far at least) isn't even the acknowledged starter on his HS team ... he's splitting reps for Gods sake. He is going to choke when he gets exposed to D1 speed.

IDGAF what you think but thanks for the reply

It's crazy that he didn't transfer already. They must have thrown a ton of money at him and/or he thinks there is a good shot Ewers is gone after this season and he thinks he can beat out Manning.

He's the back up this year. They are redshirting Manning so he will get some film out and work under sark before bouncing in Jan.

Have you even looked at his HS stats?

Last year he was a junior and the starter, the back up (Edmonds) was a sophomore. Judd started 11 games and had a 56.5% completion % (144/255) and Edmonds played in 6 games and was 38/64 59%.

THIS season ... Judd is no longer the starter ... their first game they split reps 50/50 and they were both 5/10 for 50% completions and Judd had 71 passing yards 0 TD's while Edmonds had 86 yards and 1 TD. So ... yeah I can see why UM fans are more than a bit concerned that the only QB recruit so far in the 2024 class ... isn't even the STARTER at a high school ranked #605 nationally (2022 ranking). He was pulled last week because he couldn't handle the speed of the good team they played (and lost to). Imagine being on a field with legit D1 opponents at every position 3 deep!

Anyone recall what injuries occurred last camp before the season even started? feel like there were more than we would have liked to see before game 1 even kicked off. hope the football gods give us a break this time around
