We still posting Practise threads. I’m not even sure the team is meeting up anymore for practice lol.

My observations: Freshmen impressed, OL dominated. DL stopped the run on their way to the QB. RBs had multiple chunk plays. Back 7 never let anything get behind them. Daniels made several excellent contested catches. Marion was a blur. Emory much improved we can trust him to man the offense if needed. Lucas and OJ best CBs in nation but Brown Brantley OConner pushing them for first team. Lofton MVP of offense. Bain MVP of defense.

Not gonna lie, I rather we practice tackling like this instead of using that big goofy *** wheel (I know that's pretty standard now for most teams). I'm sure this is more subtle to injuries happening but it's way more productive.

yeah this is a legit tackling drill vs humping a pool float

Is there evidence its more productive other than "feeling" and back in my day talk

You're right. I have no evidence to prove and that statement was definitely off of feeling. I feel like this prepares you more for "real game impact" rather than tackling a wheel and rolling on the ground like a **** dummy(Chill, I understand the purpose lol).
