With that said, the spotlight to "put it away" was on him several times in CFPO and he didn't get it done. Same during regular season.

That's a ton to ask someone his age in the big moment, but its the job right?

Contrast that with Borgy who did get er' done every single time his name was called (maybe he missed once?).

I am more worried about the defense in particular safety this year with Thomas and the overall depth. Maybe Bryce Fitzgerald the freshman can step up there at safety.

I think the offense will be solid.

Thomas plays downhill with violence. Williams and Day supposedly stepping up. But if not, Brown and Lucas are plug and play.

I watched the couple kicks from the playoffs, seemed OK but if he was worried about snap, hold,protection it easily enough to take him off his game.

I haven't been happy with our ST program since Coker took over and that includes Marios tenure. We have been spoiled by good kickers recently but the rest of it has been pedestrian at best. Hopefully it was the things out of his control that put him off his game last season and Auburn can feel comfortable and keep a clear mind this season

The staff really attacked special teams in the portal. I believe we will see a major improvement on special teams this season.

And let's not forget that most of that defense was recruited by Manny. The 2022 roster was just as bad and without that Covid class it would have been worse.

I’ve seen him kick in practice. The “panic” (more like legitimate concern) is warranted.

Interesting because they mentioned on Donnos show that he looked really good.

Auburn could run backwards and kick with his heel and do better than what Crosland did at Miami.

A lot of decently ranked blue chip guys on that starting lineup honestly
