This is a **** good hire. May not be the "****" up & comer (Tom Herman), innovator (Gary Patterson / Chip), and won't appease the BBB crowd. But let's not act as if Mark Richt is Al, Randy, or Coker. He built UGA from nothing (only won 10 games twice in the 15 years before him). If he won 10+ games 9 times at UGA, he'll win big here.
