**** Enos Sucks...

Lulz at people still blaming Jarren. He “holds the ball too long” because his dopey OC forces him to run play action from under center on 3rd and long and turn his back to the defense. And yes our OL sucks but Enos exacerbates the problem with his play calling. This same OL would look serviceable in a spread system.

Who would you take TL or JW? TL all day for me. At times it seems JW has a brain freeze and definitely doesn't anticipate the open receiver. Teams have game tape on TL now and are adjusting. I can't imagine how bad it will be by the end of the year when teams have tape on JW and Enos remains stubborn.
Obvious Lawrence is extremely gifted. But i will say imo Our coaches aren’t helping Jarren out enough , the slow developing plays, excessive play action, fb formations etc. they aren’t doing that at Clemson and they definitely aren’t lining up 3 receivers under 6’0 as starters at receiver. They got 2 6’4 plus receivers so when they do throw the deep ball they can make adjustments to catch the ball which have been often underthrown this year by Lawrence. We need that in our offense and I’ve been saying that

“Diaz recognizes that accountability has to be an important characteristic of his program at Miami. If the coaches demand players to be accountable for their actions and mistakes on the field, then the coaching staff needs to be held to the same standard.

There has to be accountability,” Diaz said. “The University of Miami cannot rank second to last [among power five schools] in anything. You can’t turn around and say we demand this of you as a player and then if you don’t do it, there will be consequences. As coaches, we know this is the case.”

Miami’s offense finished the 2018 season ranked 104th in the country in total offense at 358 yards per game. UM ranked 65th in scoring offense at 28.8 points per game.

“…Was I accountable for everything that happened there? Yes I was. Was I responsible for everything that happened? Of course I wasn’t. But when you have the job, that is part of it.”

Diaz wants to hire an offensive coordinator that will put Miami on the cutting edge offensively. He recognized that in order to do that, he needed to start fresh with an entire new staff on that side of the ball.

There is nothing cutting edge about Enos except maybe settting the qb sacked record

We have improved in some areas but declined in some areas. Interesting things to note

3rd and long obviously is still plaguing Miami. Not as bad on 3rd and short but absolutely horrific on 3rd and long.

passing game certainly has improved, but still obviously can go to another level

We ******* suck. I don't see how the guy that has produced the last 3 games is the one that will save us tbh, hope I'm wrong and with the buy he can adpat his playbook to our talents

After the gaytor, enos lost me for sure when he said " cut on the tape, you'll see" than proceeded to bash jw15, even if it was True you dont do that. Coach enos keeps coming off as a me first guy. I keep trying to wonder why and when i've seen an oc get to do so many press conferences before and after games, its as if coach enos is auditioning for a headcoaching job! Where as coach baker keeps looking as if he's being forced to do the press conference!

i said the same thing and people got all happy iwht the presser saying how enos tells like it is. nah dude is trash af and reminds me of the golden stuff throwing players under the bus

When exactly was it when Enos swept Diaz off his feet? Arkansas vs Mississippi State? What about all those Big 12 offenses that put up 600 yards on you and got you fired? That wasn’t the toughest for you to stop?

LoL, trash af is right, than i forgot how recently that same **** just said what he said about about the administration at Central Michigan, saying something along the lines of, he was putting his all into it and they weren't, lol. Seems to me they got tired of his *** over their. Coach enos comes off as if he has norm chow's resume with qb's, he cant even hold coach richt's jock strap when it comes to coaching either, but we'll see game by game!

**cliff notes** our OL is the worst in the country. Yet, Williams is one of the leading QBs in the country. Just need an OL

Lol; leading QBs, huh? What? U mean QB Efficiency & Completion%. Sure that’s important, right. I mean he’s #26 in the nation in QBE & #15 in the nation in completion%. U know y? B/c he’s #65 in completion/pass, he’s #41 yards/g (inflated by the BCU game), tied #52 in passing TDs.

Jarren’s QBE & % are robust b/c he’s throwing from me to you. I alluded to this w Enos b4, but he hangs his hat on QB’s completion %. But what good is that % when we’re not moving the ball; hence our offense is in the toilet.

And no, I’m not going to blame the OL for all of this; I’m going to blame Enos for all of this; this **** has had a look at this OL since Jan and still wants to run his concept that doesn’t fit. W Jarren’s arm talent, he should be able to tote the rock at will PAST 8 YARDS!

But you had all these guys crying for motion, when coach diaz used the words "cutting edge" in reference to what he wanted and was looking for in an offense, i had a feeling we were not going to have a real offensive identity. This guy enos doesnt seem to understand how to set defenses up, im not sure where he's from, but you're at Miami now, he's running an offense that's just a tad bit above what coach taggart brought to Fsu. All the good talkers have jobs, but the product doesnt outweigh nor surpass their talk. To much talent here to be this stagnant on offense.
