No I don’t think that. But when he sits down in the morning and sees it I think he will think about Miami where he hadn’t before. I think coaches have blinders on to what’s in front of them a lot. You hear coaches like CMR say that they haven’t followed the program because they were focused on their teams and that’s an Alumn saying that. I think we as fans focus on what’s going on around the country a lot more then coaches do. They focus on the teams on the schedule

.... maybe that's the only way we get a decent coach.. you never know.... our basketball coach Laranaga, literally had walk his own resume in before they even acknowledged he existed...

And thank goodness for that. Those first round games have been thrilling.

There hasn't been a Richt email address found in public specifically for him (or his family) in 10 years in public. Now that would be a "find". Wonder if anyone from CIS would want to write him?
 
I can just see the coach, bleary eyed with his first cup of coffee at 4 am in the morning, checking his email in a dark office, and then:

I'm actually going to watch Hawaii and Utah St. in person on Nov 3. I'll try to get within earshot of Yost and tell him that we'd love to see him at Miami.

You have no friggin clue what a great coach is if it smacked you in the face.
You try and diss a coach that has the Canes Bball in the upper echelon of teams...and in the toughest conference... And has won the ACC outright and the ACC tournament...oh and has a winning record vs. Duke....GTFOH!

Upper echelon? We haven't won a tournament game since March of 2016. When we went to the Sweet 16, we beat a #14 and a #11 before getting blown out.
