Texas HS Athletic facilities, especially football have also continued to improve the past 10-15 years and now rival midmajor college facilities. While Florida HS Football (outside of IMG and a few major private schools) is a joke facilities and resources wise.

This is spot on. Carolinas for sure. People moving south on the east coast as well is one reason I’ve been saying I wanna see us get into South Carolina more
