I never really had a clue what went into it but as far as I can tell it’s basically the equivalent of a pro day where quarterbacks throw against air. I’m really amazed that recruiting analysts put so much stock in this. It’s made me question their whole evaluation process. I listened to a couple of podcasts with people attending and they seem to actually believe these drills are showing them something. This is really mind boggling. The trait that distinguishes the great quarterbacks is vision and processing. The elite 11 does zero to show that.
