1. I put in a Rivals prediction in for Miami to land Woodard back on May 19. We’re now less than a week out from Woodard’s decision date of June 30, and I still feel confident in that pick.

Evals over the rankings of people that never played football.
Why do people not get this? We all know there's a correlation between higher rankings and higher likelihood to go in the NFL draft. But those are aggregate numbers. When you look at individuals, there are huge variances.
I agree. Of course we'd all love to land 20 5 stars every year. On average they're going to be good more than 3 or 4 stars on average. The problem is there are so many exceptions. There are just too many kids across the country to possibly see all of them and make a legit evaluation.
We have a HC that has done evals here properly. Those services been *** for awhile, we *****ed about Saban 2 stars getting bumped to 4 and even 5 star status. Tells you the services were **** and Nick was right, and its still the same. They will start boosting guys that we go after even if they do not commit here. Just Mario going after you increases your rating and the blue bloods watch what we do now. But it will be difficult to flip our guys cause Mario talks to them and develops the relationship before others, same like Bama did. Its basically the same build
