George ended up way better than I ever expected. He looked like he was running in mud the first couple steps he always took and was always good for some idiotic personal foul flag but otherwise kid made plays all over the field for us.
Facts. Had some athletic and mental limitations but he played hard, had solid hands, and had great moments during mostly very tough years.

Confidence, did you happen to watch the '30 for 30'? I thought it was really good. It's interesting that out of the nine 100-meter finalists, basically 8 out of 9 were either busted or strongly suspected of using

Which brought about this famous quote from Johnson's coach, Charley Francis, "It's a level playing field --- just not the one you think it's on."
Yes! It was a great 30 for 30. I watched the other one on YouTube

What if I told you Jacolby George was 10th in Miami history in receptions, and 9th in Miami history in receiving touchdowns?

I understand the game is different these days, and he did play in over 40 games, whereas most of the other kids on the all-time lists were here for shorter time periods. But when you're in the top 10 all-time at this school in catches and TDs, you don't deserve to be dragged through the mud on here.

All that to say, Woodard has physical traits George simply did not have, and absolutely, George was a dumbass at times, on the field.

But he was a good player for us.

Not reading 35 pages. Where are we here?

We throw around the word elite too often. Hands were very good but elite? Sheesh

Hands gotta be elite to catch the type of passes he has throughout his CFB career. Line drive passes 50 yards to the back of the end zone with defenders surrounding you multiple times isn’t luck.

How does Woodard compare to Upshaw and Wingo in HS? He seems behind Mali and Lennear. Light years behind Brysen Wright and JJ. Is this guy like actually good or a JAG?

JAG...that's why we stopped recruiting Sales and others, sent Dawson across the country twice, and gave him an NIL offer big enough to have him walk away from USC just to visit us.
