Looks good but this is just as much our line just absolutely ripping the heart out of a Bud Foster defense. Gus has looked good don't get me wrong, but them dudes up front just wrecked **** tonight.

What a turnaround from Louisville especially with Gadbois hurt. Linder filling in and allowing Feliciano to slide to RT has been so clutch.

Now if Yearby was healthy and could rest them both. Ohh boy, but yeah Gus is making Vag Tech look bad.

That is the same Gus we have had all year. He just got 20 touches in the game tonight. He actually was below his YPC avg. for the game. He's no Duke Johnson, but he's a better back than he's been given credit for.

Looks like they used him a little differently and in different situations. They were feeding him power plays today. I don't think he has the speed combined with cutback ability to consistently run outside zone effectively. He was also able to break an inside zone on a cutback, which was nice to see.

I agree Gus is a downhill runner who tries to run like a scatback. Glad to see he got some good touches, but if he was more consistent then Duke would not have to be playing late in a game that was over.

The people that hate on him dislike him because he's not from Florida and won't give him the benefit of the doubt like they do with other players. He's no Duke Johnson, but he's not a JAG.

No they hate on him because he most of the time he runs soft an hoes down easily compared to other big backs. Duke and Yearby run harder than he does, but he did better tonight for the critical moments.

Yearby is better than Gus without a doubt. I honestly didn't know Yearby was hurt, and was getting ****ed at Golden keeping putting Gus in. I mean, he's already starting EVERYONE over Stacy Coley, and is starting Fentress over Carter and Crawford. And is starting Antonio Crawford.
He continues starting questionable players. But he seriously needs to stop trying to feed Gus in the redzone.

Coley doesn't deserve to start w the way he's played all year.

He's gotten one opportunity in the pass game all year.

Our STs units are pretty bad. We have people here *****ing about his PRs when he gets hit right when he catches it.

I don't understand Lewis getting so many reps. He seems like a good blocker so maybe that's it

So basically you are saying we should be playing 5 stars over 4 stars and 4 stars over 3 stars and 3 stars over walk ons.

Do you know how hard it is for a walk on, or a lowly rated player, or an out of state player coming from a school we will never recruit again to crack the lineup? There are no hands out for those players. Those boys are earning it.

Gus is like 230 pounds and Yearby is 190. Both are two different types of runners and players. Not much similarities between them except the position. Both take back seats to Duke anyway. Next year is the year when this will be a big debate.

It's not like Stacy Coley isn't touching the ball or the coaches are not trying to get him involved. His day will come. Our WR corp is deep as ****. You can't go wrong with any combo of Dorsett, Coley, Lewis, Waters, Berrios, Walford.

Gus the same just more touches. Never was a JAG IMO, but I believe Yearby would've did the same or more. Yearby is on the verge of beastmode.
