I have a lot of dyme lyfe gear, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It was pulling teeth for me to get my discount properly applied when they did the FSU 2-2 for 22% off sale. According to the rep, they had to go to DJ himself to get authorization. Also, the plastic turnover chains are cheap AF, I get that the metal ones were too expensive and broke a lot but these things are definitely not worth the $30 price tag.
There was a thread on here a few months ago, it was pages of people ripping the horrible customer service and the horrible product.
I bought a couple shirts and the material was beyond cheap, Hanes 3 pk’s that are eight bucks are thicker. There was also strings coming out of both of them. It was thirty something dollars each lol.
I’m not the type to send crap back or cause a stink , why send crap back for more crap?
I took my loss. I just won’t ever buy your crap again and will pass it on when I have the chance.
Which is sad since it’s ran by canes , but if they don’t care about their customers or product why should I?
Haha. The post is in no way an endorsement of the Dyme Lyfe customer experience. I personally have had no issues with them but I still do most of my Canes shopping at CanesWear and occasionally through Fanatics.
F-ups do happen everywhere though. My boy ordered a bunch of gear through Fanatics to his house in North Carolina prior to coming down for the FSU game. Package arrives on Wednesday last week and it's $250 worth of Kansas City Royals merchandise.
